Pre Op Exercise Regiment

Just found out I lost my second ACL (6 yrs post op from right knee).  This is my left.  5 days since injury and I almost have full ROM and swelling is decreasing.  Walking with a slight limp, but hopefully once the swelling is down, this will go away.  I need a workout plan.  I see my Dr. on Monday, but until then just want to see if there are any plans that worked for anyone.
