Meniscus Pain after Meniscus&ACL reconstruction
« on: January 28, 2018, 08:49:18 AM »
Hi all, Happy to find a site where I can explain my situation, I am really worried about my knee.
It's been 10 days after meniscus and ACL recomstruction but I can not perform straight leg raise since me knee hurts, more specifically the left part of the knee where meniscus hurt before the surgery. I was trying the first days to do SLR but I just couldnt because it hurts when I raise my leg, so I perform quad activization only with my leg straight in bed.
Also, 2 days before a stabbing pain started inside the knee(seems like a metal piece is stuck inside and it stabs you).

I am so worried that the surgery may not have been successful or maybe this pains are normal, eventhough my doctor said I should have started doing those exercises.
Thank you all:))
