« on: April 13, 2009, 09:50:06 PM »
On March 19th I had a Left Patellar Realignment Anteriormed alization medial Patella Femeral Ligament Recontraction Left Knee with hamstring autograft...So far so good my biggest compainants is that I have some stiffness. But not to much pain. I really wish that I could walk with out these stupid cruches LOL... So is there any suggestion on what to do about the stiffness.

At three weeks out from surgery, stiffness is perfectly normal.  With the surgery you had stiffness can be expected for months after the surgery.  No need to worry, its all normal. :)
