One of those nights
« on: December 10, 2008, 11:03:48 AM »
Just when I thought that my knee was getting a little bit better I have one of the worst nights in a long time. About 2 am I woke up with so much pain in both my knees I was ready to cry.
I'm so busy that I'm not sure if I lost my horse or just found my lead rope.

1989 - Right Knee - don't rember what they did
1997 - Right Knee - Orthoscopic clean up again
2000 - LR on left knee
2001 - LR on right knee
2008 -LR on right knee (again)
9-18-2009 - Maquet osteotomy right knee

Sorry that you had one of those nights.  Think back - were you on your feet more than usual?  Walk more than usual?  All of those things everyone will tell you to think through.  Also, did your weather have a front go through?  I know personally that really affects me.  Also - now don't laugh - when I've very tired I sometimes turn over during the night on the left side.  It seems I'll wake up later in loads of pain.  Maybe you just were laying incorrectly on the leg.  Just a thought.  Hopefully your better by tonight.  eagle
