knee trouble
« on: August 17, 2003, 01:42:44 AM »
A few years ago, maybe 3 or 4 years ago, I jumped off a fence and I hurt my knee. Maybe I should've went to a doctor when I hurt it but I didn't. Now
it feels uncomfortable when I bend it all the way to the right. Like when I sit down with my legs crossed, it doesn't hurt, but if I bent it all the way to the right, it will hurt somewhat. When I run or jump it doesn't hurt so that's why I didn't really go to the doctor or anything for so long. I haven't been to a doctor about it yet, but I'm just getting tired of it hurting when I squat down all the way and get up. Does anyone know what's wrong with it, or how I can fix it. I can't explain it very well.

Hi snd, nobody can know what is wrong except a doctor. Preferably a Orthopedic doctor. Don't ignore it, you may only need a little physical therapy. Let us know what the doctor says. Theresa
