bicep femoris injury

HEy, while I squat and go lower than 90 degrees my bicep femoris jumps overtop of my fibula head.  This experience feels very unnatural. I am experienncing light to moderate pain behind my patellaand below my fibular head.  This is an unusual condition.  I am looking for any pertinent information about treatment, cause.  Thanks you very much.
