Lump at Arthoscopy Portal site
« on: October 27, 2008, 09:52:18 AM »
Hey all, Had ACL recon 6 years ago now but seem to have a lump of hard tissue where the portal was on the outside of the knee had it for a while but I seem to notice it more than I did before. I don't know if my leg wont straighten as much as it did before or if its just psychological. no pain in the area just feels numb if that makes sense. Just after your thoughts really, what is it? Should I get it checked out etc. Any help would be appreciated  ;D

It's probably just scar tissue. I get keloids so all my little scars turn into big lumps. Some people make more of it than others.
