sprained LCL and MCL

If you sprain your LCL and MCL but not tear them do they heal themselves do they require medical treatment

Sprained ligaments doesn't in general need treatment like surgery.
You need to rest the leg, ice and elevate above heart if you have swelling.
You also need to do PT afterwards to strenghten and get the muscles back that will support your knee.
Have you consulted any OS ? Do you see any phys for PT ?
Surgery 6 times left knee torn meniscus, RSDS,chondromalacia, nervdamage cause constant nervpain,chronic inflamm.
Spinaldamage wheeler 100%.
Right knee damaged aug-06, use brace surgery 4/9-07.LCL tear.
