Therapy...not to be confused with "
prolotherapy
".
I've recently heard of a new treatment that's suppose to help cartilage regenerate and prevent knee replacement. I've met a handful of people who've had success with this treatment.
How about here? Anyone try this? What's your experience?

I have been getting decent results from prolozone. Pain relief for a few weeks. I feel the need to step up my treatments, but at least the ozone is helping prevent losing what I have in terms of cartilage and ligament strength.
