In 4 weeks I am due to go via bus from not very sunny North Wales down to Spain (Barcelona area) for 9 days. We are taking 65 school pupils and the journey is due to take around 27 hours each way.
My question is what do people suggest I can do to help relieve any knee pain etc on the way? It won't be too easy to get my leg elevated on the bus and other than short walks around the bus the time will be spent pretty much sat down chatting and watching some films.
Any suggestions are welcome and will be very much appreciated
