ruptured quad
« on: March 12, 2008, 03:35:44 PM »
I am awaiting the reading of my MRI to determine if what my OS believes I have done is correct. (ruptured quad )  If the MRI indicates so he would like to operate ASAP.  Right now I can walk but slow of course. As anyone ever had this injury and not elected to have surgery ? What are the pluses and minuses to this course of action.

Sorry your having problems with your quad.  Are you talking about the quad tendon or the quad muscle?  Either way I think you hopes for recovery are greatly diminished unless you have the surgery.

Good Luck!
