Wobble Board Exercises For ACLr

I just got my very own wobble board! Now I just need to know what exercises are good post ACL reconstruction.

Exercises I know:
Balancing
Wobble Front to Back and Side to Side
Mini-squats

As for me I am 7 weeks post-op with hamstring graft.

Any suggestions?

Jan 2nd - ACL Recon w/ Hamstring and Lateral Meniscus Repair
