Advice for ACL and meniscuz repair surgery

Hey guys, im scheduled for surgery in the secone week of march for a torn ACL and a small tear in the meniscus .. im really nervous so any advice would be appreciated

Huma,

Try not to be scared.  I had a similiar procedure done in 2006 and the recovery from the tear repair was pretty quick. I had pain for the first week.  I was weight bearing as tolerated, had crutches for about two weeks, and was able to go back to work in about 3.
