LOL, Morning sleepy heads. I bet you're still snoozing and I've been up since 5:30 shovin kiddos out the door.

Chelsea, Blue Bell, Mocha Almond. YUM!
Dr T said the L leg looks more anatomically correct. ;D Maybe if I get the other one done I'll finally have a model's legs, a very much vertically challenged one. ;)
He was surprised that I had been able to build up as much muscle and yet I still need to keep working at it. Alot of my complaints involve the hardware so hopefully when that comes out, things will dramatically improve.

Lyndsey,
I'm expecting an e-mail (or call) w/ lots of questions concerning the surgery- after school work, of course. ;) So don't hesitate to ask!
Maybe I'll do a video of the bee installation. It is rather interesting.
Have a good one,
 ;D ;D

UPDATE!!!
« Reply #62 on: May 07, 2008, 04:22:19 AM »
Hey everybody, wow, 5 pages!!! I love to check this site for new posts and replies. It makes my day to read them. I think I am addicted!!!

It is still a waiting game as far as the surgery goes. It is tentatively set for sometime during the week of May 19th. Dr. T is the Doc. for the Detroit Pistons, and they just keep winning! I will know more by the end of the week. I am done with school tomorrow, so that will be a huge relief. YAY!  ;D

The knees seem to be hurting more lately. I am not sure why, because my activity level hasn't changed. Who knows, knees are finicky things! lol.

I'll keep you all updated as to what is going on when, right now I am playing the waiting game. I know all of you can sympathize with that. lol. All of us knee people have played it at some time or another!

Talk to you all later,
Lyndsey

Sarah,

I am afraid I have become addicted to this site. I am on here at least once a day. I actually have a post op diary that I started. I am actually 9 weeks out today of a femoral derotational osteotomy. Dr. T rotated my right femur and it is now as correct as it will ever be! I am doing great. I am walking pretty well, and in a minimal amount of pain. The worst thing now is the soreness, not sharp pains. At the time, Motrin deals with the soreness really well, so when I take that I really walk well. I am really glad I had the surgery done, and am anxious to have the left leg done as well. Thanks for the hugs  ;) gotta love those! LOL! If you have any questions for me feel free to ask!

Talk to you later!  ;D
