Hi all, this site has given me hope, that I am not alone. In fact there are too many of us suffering from funky knees! I would like to know where to direct some questions. I was driven into by a car while riding a motorbike in Africa. It just happens like that... I have had 14 surgeries in 3 years. Knee had 35 screws, anchors, etc in it, all but 2 are out now. It is still the size of a grapefruit. (smallest yet) I am looking to have TKR, even though I am 33. Any advice on surgeons or specialists with trauma TKR would be helpful. I am also looking at High Flex or journey knees from Zimmer and Smith/Nephew. If anyone has similar experiences, lets chat. Thanks! Karta
