Autumn has arrived with longer nights and colder mornings, what signs of Autumn have you noticed.

MY PORCH LIGHT IS TURNED ON SOONER AND STAYS ON LONGER IN THE MORNING. ALSO JUST THE SMELL IN THE AIR IS DIFFERENT :D :D. I LIKE AUTUMN BUT I HATE THE COLD THAT COMES NEXT :'( :'( :'(                        CAROL ;D

Driving across the hills at sunrise seeing the mist in the valleys with islands of hill tops with a single farmhouse or church. I love the morning mists and the clear autumn nights! Morning sunlight in autumn is a more orange yellow and it mixes well with the autumn colours as well

The cows have started escaping, the grass is nearly done, and they figur ethat it must be greener somewhere else

Jan 08 2008 Arthritis grade 2/3 told to wait until TKR needed.
August 2010 Left knee arthroscopy

The geese are flying south, we have 1000's stopping over to refuel out in our fields
6th Dec 2007 arthoscropy, major debridement and meniscus trimmed
Jan 08 2008 Arthritis grade 2/3 told to wait until TKR needed.
August 2010 Left knee arthroscopy

its bloomin freezing!!!!
when my alarm goes off at 6.30am in the morning it feels like the middle of the night still and "hull fair" starts here on friday!!!
i had a motorcycle accident-landed on right knee!(mar 05)
...arthroscopy - 4th feb 06.
...VMO Advancement,LR+JMedial reefing - 24th jan 07.
...28 feb 07 i fell down 14 stairs.....more pain and stress!
...now at PT working on ROM and strenghening

MONTHS of physio - grating sensation developing
Pain increasing gradually due to cartilage wear and tear
Microfracture and cartilage cultivation surgery denied due to too much wear and tear
TKR done June 2007 - HOORAY!!!

and work gets so busy!!

cutting down trees and filling the log shed, to try and keep the fuel bills down, when it's -40C outside you need some heat indoors

and the forecast is calling for snow on Saturday, we missed the last lot.
