Hi,

Sorry my birthday is in December.

25th December to be exact. And my surname is Moses. I'm 33 now so apparently next easter I have to be crucified!   :o Coming from a Roman Catholic family, when I told my Nan, she shouted at me in Italian and threw a rolling pin at me for badmouthing Jesus!  ::) Ooops!   ::)

Hey that's my birthday too!! June 27th, 1977!!! I used to hate having a summer birthday, because my friends were always gone away and couldn't come to my parties (as a child). But now that I"m a teacher, it's great because it is right at the end of the school year. Last year (my first year of teaching), June 27th was the last day of school. So I wore a pink "Birthday Princess" tiara and an "It's My Birthday" button. The kids (I teach elementary-level) got a kick out of it. I don't think I'll ever get so old that I wont' care about my birthday.

Woo hoo!! June 27th!!!!
-July '07-soccer injury
- microfracture of the tibial plateau
- arthroscopy in Oct. '07 (remove torn cartilage and repair microfracture)
-developed AF but beat it (avoided surgery)

Haha cool, but for me its in winter, as I'm in NZ. I know hardly anyone with a June 27 birthday, but those who do are the best! ;)

HICCLE,

You are from New Zealand!  I spent 2.5 months there in 2004 and I absolutely love the country!  I spent my time in Auckland, Dargaville, Whangarei, and a few other small towns in the North.

New Zealand is such a lovely country.  I cannot wait til I go back!

Hiccle, sorry I haven't been on here for so long to reply. I found McMahon to be good, friendly and caring enough. (though have had more problems since he operated, and the graft he put in has since ruptured)... John Matheson is a surgeon that many people highly reccommend for knees down there, have heard rave reviews of him, though my personal experience wasn't so flash. He basically told me that there was nothing wrong with my knee and that I should avoid stairs and hills (I was at a 4 storied school in Dunedin at the time!).. and less than 6 months later I had a very large cyclops lesion taken out and damaged menicus removed.. so god knows. But from all I have heard, I seem to be the exception and that he's probably the trick if you need a knee seen to down there! Hope this helps
