Pain relief spray
« on: July 17, 2007, 11:01:39 PM »
My sister just came back from Israel, and she bought this pain relief spray from the Dead Sea. I have to say, this stuff is amazing. I sprayed it on my knee and it doesn't hurt as much anymore. I wish I knew what it was called, but the bottle is in Hebrew, and I don't remember enough Hebrew to actually translate it. But if anybody happens to know anybody oing to Israel, I suggest you ask them to bring this back if they go to the Dead Sea Spa.

Soozles,

You should be able to buy pain relief spray in a chemist.

I am a sports trainer for a semi-elite football club in Melbourne and use this as a temporary measure for some of our players. However, it shouldn't be used as a quick fix. Any injury is worth getting checked out properly.  :)

kjwilkn, I know it's a temporary fix. I'm going to see the ortho on Tuesday, but this is just to get me through to then. A lot of pain relievers don't sit well in my stomach, but this is great because it's a spray on.

Be careful with the stuff, especially since you don't know what's in it. It will get absorbed into your body and too much could be toxic. There was a case in the news a couple months ago of a college woman that died after using excessive amounts of ben-gay or something similar.
