« on: June 12, 2007, 05:12:41 AM »
hi about 15 months ago i damaged my knee ligament (acl)    i had physio on m knee.    i started playin football again. durin a game on sunday night  i felt a light pain in my knee. it felt like amuscle pain.  anyway the next day i have a bad pain in my knee down the right side.

i can still walk. i can even bend my knee..  the pain isnt to bad.   i dont think its the ligament again.   i didnt knock my knee   at all.  any ideas of what the pain could be

No idea. Could be just about anything. But if you've damaged your ligaments before it's going to be easy to do it again. I tore my ACL in half and walked on it for 17 years, so the ability to walk and not have pain does not mean you don't have serious damage.
