knee advice needed

Hi, I have some problems with my knees and I hoped someone might have an idea whats wrong?
They both start to ache and feel "full". They feel like I need to flex them, to kick out which causes them to make a click sound. This stops the pain for a short while before the situation is repeated.
In evenings, I often just have a general aching to them both.
This is the same problem I have with my fingers, although without a general pain, just the click related relief.

Hi Johnny;
   Your clicking and aching knees and fingers sound like mine. I have RH arthritis in my hands and Osteoarthritis in my knees. You might want to check with your primary doctor and see what he says. I also have a Rhuemy doctor who takes care of my arthritis. Mine finally got to the point where I had to have a partial knee replacement. Maybe check into it.

Having read your post, the best solution is to make a visit to your Doctor - he/she is the only person to diagnose what`s wrong (if anything) with your knee.

I have seen a doctor, who said i had "loose joints" and gave me a cream to rub on them.
I haven't noticed any improvement.

Hi

A second opinion is required before the knee joints get any worse - go back to your Doctor if you are worried and request an appointmment with an Orthopaedic Consultant - remember! - your knee is a VERY important limb.

I agree with John, these knees are all we have, once you lose them, it'll never be the same. I would also request to see an OS. Don't wait too long.
