Hey everyone!!
I had my 3rd operation last week on my left knee. I had a LR, a pilca removed and a mirco fracture. I just wanted to say a huge thankyou to everyone that gave me advise over the last few months, I would have been lost without your wisdom and guidance!!
I am currently recovering well, I'm all braced up for the next 8-12 weeks but it is a small price to pay for a semi- normal knee! If I reach that point I will be happy!!
