If you're concerned call your OS. Thats why they make the big bucks. I had a major procedure done two months ago and thre bleeding lasted until last week. It turned out my body was rejecting the internal stitching and they were working their way out. OS had to go in and cut out some of the stitches last time I saw her and it was not a pleasant experience however once she was done my incision pain dropped to almost nothing. I personally wouldn't worry about bleeding at this point but i don't know how your incision looks. If you have concerns call the triage nurse at your OS office. If it worried you take action. There is no reason not to ask.
