off to see ortho, i'm nervous
« on: May 30, 2007, 04:44:57 AM »
Not quite sure but I'm nervous for my ortho apt. in the morning.  I really believe this guy does not have a good clue as to what is going on and now I'm going back and the pain / problems I'm now having are different than what I'd originally started seeing him for.  I'll pull my hair out if he says just once more "this is a real head scratcher!"

Anyone else have the issue of the pain / problem seeming to change?  Guess I just needed to vent.  But I'm nervous.  Oh welll.

Problems and pain can change for example if you start with phys to strenghten the muscles and the structures changes and makes the knee act in another way.
Or if you have a meniscus damage that get worse and you get loose bodies in the knee.
So this is not unusual. Could also be so that you got wrong diagnos from beginning. I went out for that...and that really messed up things for me.
You will do fine. Just tell him how you are.
Surgery 6 times left knee torn meniscus, RSDS,chondromalacia, nervdamage cause constant nervpain, chronic inflamm.
Spinaldamage wheeler 100%.
Right knee damaged aug-06, use brace surgery 4/9-07.LCL tear.
