Roller Disco Injury

I know - 32 at a roller disco, some of us never grow up.  Anyway I fell knee first onto my knees a few weeks ago- I have had massage but still my left knee hurts.  It is the right hand side as you look down, feels like something is pulling.  Very bruised.  Can anyone help with a diagnosis?

Could be just a bruised knee but also more serious. Not easy to diagnos like this.
Go see a OS(orthopedic surgeon) and get the knee evaluated.
Meanwhile RICE (rest, ice and elevate).

Surgery 6 times left knee torn meniscus, RSDS,chondromalacia, nervdamage cause constant nervpain,chronic inflamm.
Spinaldamage wheeler 100%.
Right knee damaged aug-06, use brace surgery 4/9-07.LCL tear.
