I had a knee operation in October last year after quite a severe injury. Since then my knee has been healing very nicely. I have been training to strengthen the muscles and all seemed to improve greatly. However, yesterday I was walking and I suddenly had a very sharp pain on the left side of my knee and it sewlled up. My leg didnt give in or anything, just the sharp pain. It has been painful to walk on it since then.
Any idea what could have caused this? My previous injury was in the right knee - a dislocated knee cap, torn ligament, cartilage dammage and broken and bruised bone that was not picked up by my docotr until 3 mothns lafter the injury.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
