anyone with paste grafting experience?
« on: May 08, 2007, 06:31:55 PM »

I had microfracture about 7 months ago for a medial femoral defect about 1 cm large.   I am 25 years old and very active, and injured my articular cartilage while sliding in a softball game.  The microfracture has helped but there is still alot of pain when i am doing other activites than walking (can't run or jump).  I am researching the ACI procedure and paste grafting.  There seem to be alot of peolpe talking about their experience with ACI.. but I was wondering if anyone has had experience with paste grafting?  in particular, at the Stone Clinic. it seems like a less invasive procedure than ACI, but i was wondering how someone who has had it feels.   thanks alot!
