I was at home and this new pain came in my calf. even when i just rub my finger along my calf it is pretty sore. I just had PT this morning so that could be it, but i have never had this before.
Any ideas,
Thanks ahead of time,

My guess is what you said, just a flare b/c of PT. Are the muscles thight at all? I suggest you just elevate and put a heat pack on it if it is thight at all. Sorry I couldn't help more. I hope your better in the morning.

Jak, after PT there is very normal to get some pain in the muscles.
Just do as Trish says. Or try to ice.
