About 3 years ago my leg (just above the knee) came into contact with somebodies jaw during kick boxing. (Don't ask but his jaw was fine!). Since then every so often I get a dull ache in the top of the knee. For example if I sit in a seat with restricted leg space, after around 30 mins the ache starts - if I hold my leg completely straight the ache goes aways. TBH This doesn't cause me much problem normally, I can use the gym with little problem, but running on concrete really aggravates it, and sometimes stairs starts it off. I did go to the docs yonks ago but he was useless, anyone anyideas what is wrong with me??!
