back hip and knee pain

Have osteo arthritis in knees, have had oats for a lesion on femur but am getting dull aching pain through beck, hips and knees. by end of day real burning sensation. taking tramadol, diclofenac and tamazepam at night. does anyone else have similar problems.
know i'm favouring left leg as right still painful when weight bearing. Can anyone give a solution. Am also taking glucosamine and chondroitin and waiting for another arthroscopy and hyalgan injections for both knees.

Try some alternative therapies.. and I don't mean like people adjusting your aura!  I mean like Massage therapy or chiropractic or osteopathy.    Sometimes your bodies need help when dealing with a long term injury.  Massage therapy isn't just for rich people relax. Many massage therapists are trained to deal with the damage our body suffers from limping and such.

Thanks for the advice. Have had osteopathy in past for S.I. joint and also some acupuncture.
Been having regular saunas to try and help muscles relax but it's only short term relief as soon as stand and start walking( or should i say limping) everything stiffens and aching starts up again.
