sudden new pain
« on: February 27, 2007, 07:33:35 PM »
I've posted recently about tendonitis in my patellar tendon.  Well I was resting my elbows on my knees when I had a sudden sharp pain in my knee that was not extremely painful but painful.  Now there is a sharp type of pain whenever I lift my leg in the direction where my foot moves backwards towards my butt.  Also, the other day I was sitting on a chair and used my legs to drag the chair forward and this same knee had a sudden pain but it was not sharp.  Did I pull something other than my patella or did I just stretch my patella a bit?

I doubt that you did hurt yourself. Maybe this is a way for your knee to tell you that you shouldn't sit in this way and that will probably be better in some days.
Try to gentle stretching after warming up.

Surgery 6 times left knee torn meniscus, RSDS,chondromalacia, nervdamage cause constant nervpain, chronic inflamm.
Spinaldamage wheeler 100%.
Right knee damaged aug-06, use brace surgery 4/9-07.LCL tear.
