I have been wearing the bracesox under my breg pto.  It makes a huge difference in the comfort level.  After about 15 wearings, one of the bracesox developed a tiny hole.  I e-mailed the company about the problem and they agreed that the product should and normally does hold up better than that.  They are sending me a free replacement.  It is a pleasure dealing with a company that stands behind their product. Now, only if my knee problem was so simple.
6/2004 partial lateral meniscus removal and microfracture left knee
7/13/05  open lateral release, medial plication, spur removal right knee
12/06  re do proximal realignment right knee (scar tissue formed ) 5 days post op - fell and fractured elbow
08/2009 - feeling good so far work 50 hrs a week

I'm pleased for you that you've had such good service. Although having said that, I'd expect a Company to stand up and replace their product if it was fauly without any argument.
I also have a Breg PTO brace. I haven't worn the sock underneath it yet but have considered doing so. Maybe this is the kick up the arse I need. If I know they'll replace it if need be, I'm more likely to approach the COmpany re other products too. Thanx.

Take care,
