Though be aware of that hot water can make your knee swell more if you attend to a pool.

I don't like the ocean. I love the beach and the sights and smell of the ocean, but I guess I saw Jaws too many times. Jellyfish yuck!!

Margaret,
Sorry to hear that your knee swelled again, but that is normal after using it. BTW, how long has it been since you hurt your leg?

You did fall on ice and hit your knee or twist ? Just asking out of curiousity. My left knee was damaged cause I slipped on ice an twisted my knee..now 10 years ago. From beginning thought that was something simple..but as pain only got worse after every surgery and procedure turned out I had nerve damage and developed RSD...
I can read in bottom line that you await surgery..is that this knee ?
Swelling can be there for many reasons..though if you worry and this continue never wrong to call your OS.

I think that would be a good idea. Just to set your mind at ease and to ask any other questions you may have.

yes, bc i was wondering when i would sign the consent. when i had shoulder surgery done i signed it before surgery in the doctor's office. also my pt wants to observe my surgery, so i should ask him about that too. my pt was going to talk to him about that as long as i do not mind that he is there. but i am almost wondering if i will see him when i have pre-op done at the surgery center, if he is there that day.
