Been some time since I've been on here but wanted to share my success story. 5 years ago I had an osteochondral allograft transplant on my right knee. After quite a lengthy rehab I can say I am 100% pain free during the day with all normal activities. I can exercise and perform light exercise including weights, biking, swimming, and elliptical with no issues. I can also paddle board and hike for unlimited distances with no problems. I have not tried running because 6 surgeries and god knows how much money later I don't want to push the envelope. Considering I had pain everyday for close to 5 years I am just happy being back to normal. Would be happy to share more details for those interested. You can reach me at
