Hi, I am at the start of week 3 after a right quadriceps tendon rupture. I was straight into a knee brace as I am allergic to plaster. I was shocked to see the withered muscle and swollen knee after attempting a bath . I couldn't mentally deal with it got scared and put the brace back on. I am becoming really frustrated and depressed with the whole situation. I feel guilty about work and just want to get back to normal again. Do you have any advice for me please?
Cheers
