Question for the 'old timers' - do you miss the old forum?

Nope, not at all KNEEguru.  This forum is so much more organized, and I love the way it works.  The security is very comforting.  If I want a kneebuddy to know my email I'll IM it, not post it to the whole word.  And this way no one is "impersonated".

I LOVE the new forum KNEEguru, thanks for being so kind with your time here.  We really appreciate your forum, main site, and effort you put in.

Thanks KNEEguru!

Hi,

I had looked at some of the posts from the old board and then some posts here starting in January of this year. I did not register until the begining of this October though.

I would also like to mention how well this site is set up. There are other sites that have Knee posts, but they are very cumbersome to use, and not easy to find the things you want to see. GREAT JOB!

Thanks for all the posts and the site everyone and KNEEGuru.

I was just surfing the web and typed in knee surgery and I got all these option to choose from, Knee Guru was one of them and I've been hooked ever since. I guess its going on 2 years ago now. How time flies when your having fun. I told my new OS about this great site called the knee guru and you should have seen the weird look on his face. I should have told him to look it up and he might have learned a few things LOL. I'm glad you's all found it too. I was a bit baffled when this new set up happened but I think I have the hang of it now. Take care all, Netty

I've been "on the team" since July 2001!  I'm sad to still have the knee probs that bring me here, but glad to be part of this community!

And this new board is great--definitely a better format than the old.

Wow still a wide variety of people.  I have been reading posts here since January, both in the new and old forum.  I have been  posting since June.  I have learned a lot because of this forum, and I agree with an earlier posting, maybe a couple of doctors could learn something here.  ;D

I just registered about a month ago but I started visiting the site back when you guys had the only forum...I like this one a lot better, though because I feel comfortable now posting because of the organization of it....

I'm really glad I did find the site and forum though as both have offered me a great deal of advice, help adns upport through some difficult times and I've made some very good and special friends here too!  :)

Thanks KNEEguru.

I think that I've been on this forum since 2000 - jumping in and out of it, as and when.

I think that the new forum is excellent - much better in organisation.

Thank you KNEEguru  ;) ;D
