MRI WRONG???

Would it be possible for an MRI to show torn cartilage behind the kneecap (Grade 4 lesion to the bone) and be incorrect?

It is very well possible.  My Mri showed a small tear and I had Grade 3 and 4 lesions upon it being scoped. Whole knee is toast.  My scope photos are uploaded on a website . If you click on my info.

It's quite possible for either the MRI to be wrong or for the radiologist and/or doctor to miss something or see something that isn't there.
