I am now seven months post op. Please see history below.

When is it safe to start jogging/ running again?

Right Knee: ACL Rec 2002, Partial Menisectomy Lateral Mensci (Three times) 2003 2004 2005, LCL and Posteolateral capsule recon with ACI Articular Cartlidge Repair Jan 2007 Lateral Meniscal Transplant Nov 2008...BUT I NEED SOCCER TO BREATHE!

Ask your doc, but generally 6mo-12mo depending
37 year old physical therapist, Left lateral release '92, bilateral debridement and scope '04, bilateral patellar cartliage defects, denied ACI repeatedly by insurance.  Scope and debridement 12/06 L knee.Bilat patellar ACI with Fulkerson 4/23/07.
