Knee pain
« on: May 22, 2003, 10:10:27 PM »
Hi All,
Twenty Six years ago I had an accident and broke my right femur, this was repaired on traction for five and a half months and a further six months rehab. The thing is the femur was set curved which over the years has given me knee pain, Eighteen weeks ago I had the leg broken and IM Nailed which has staigtened it to near perfect and the knee pain on the inside edge of the joint has dissapeared.

The thing is I now have some pain under the knee cap and behind the knee cap the surgeon has said this will dissapear with time! Has any one had the same after IM Nailing and does the pain eventuly go.
