Patella tedonopathy in scotland.
« on: September 04, 2006, 09:28:42 PM »
Does anyone have advice for cycling induced Patella Tedonopathy? I've been struggling for the last 10 months, and can't seem to get rid of it \ under control.

Plus any recomendations for a doctor in edinburgh\ scotland  and road bike setup advice?

Hi James,

Are you going through Private Healthcare or NHS?  If private, I can recommend some names from Bupa Murrayfield.  If you're going through NHS I imagine you won't have much of a choice of who you get but there are some good orthopaedic surgeons at ERI (a lot of whom work privately at Murrayfield also!).  Who diagnosed your tendonopathy?  Have you had any physiotherapy?

Natalie.
