Hi...
Im new to this forum thing so please bare with me. Im looking for some advice.. i was diagnosed with O.S.D when young, told I would grow out of it. Im now 26 and my knee has only got worse. I have a huge protusion the size of half an egg that causes great pain when I kneel or do anything strenuous... is thre any exercises anyone can suggest?? or a more permanent fix?? it seems to be something doctors here in New zealand disregard...
