Can anybody tell me what type of treatments there are for internal derangement?

internal derangement is what they call a knee injury - usually in the emergency ward - that they know is hurt but they dont know what or how..   they may suspect ACL or meniscus..   or other strains, sprains, etc..  but they are not making a definitive diagnosis..  usually because of acute injury - pain, swelling which makes manual examination difficult and no MRI

Its the first step..  next you need to see an orthopedic surgeon...
