Meniscus trim 5 mo later
« on: July 26, 2006, 07:32:36 PM »
Any suggestions on what type of rehab would help? I had my knee surgery the first week in February. I walked out of the hospital (no crutches). I was off of work for three days. Started PT right away.
My knee is worse than before the surgery. All rehabs I try seem to help then stop.
My knee hurts directly below the knee cap in the middle.
The Doc says it is tracking fine and I have some adhessions. It will get better.
It is not better and I am in constant pain.
Any suggestions. How long will this last. I know this is effecting my back.
