Bioskin Q-Lok brace
« on: July 20, 2006, 09:37:37 PM »
Hello everyone,
I have a patella tilt/maltracking issue in my right knee for which my new ortho doc said that surgery will just make it worse if i do not build my muscles in my VMO and since surgery does not solve all problems...as im sure many of you are so unfortunately aware of. Anyhow, I came across this brace while searching for knee braces. Back when I found it about a year ago, they said they only sell it through doctors and PT's but now its available at www.kneeshop.com..here is the direct link to the product:

http://www.kneeshop.com/proddetail.asp?prod=qlok&cat=10

and here is the link to the bioskin q-lok brace website: http://www.patellatracking.com/MN.asp?pg=default

I wanted to know if anyone has any experience with this brace?? I currently own a Breg PTO which i am quite pleased with, but I would be very interested if anyone can share their experience with the bioskin q-lok brace. Thank you.

My suggestion: order it, try it, if you don't like it, send it back and eat the S+H costs.
