Anja - would it shock you to know that I've put on 2 stone since injuring my knee in 1999?   I USED to be a skinny bint, but I have carefully strapped up wobbly bits now that I don't like one little bit!   :o :o :o

Yeah - I'm back already - I know I know - should still be out there painting the town red, but wanted to get home to watch recorded Holby City!!  How SAD is that?

Curry was yum though.  Almost as hot as my knee!   :o :o :o

Are you all under the table by now?

I am sure you will..you just need to make up your mind and work out from there. :)
I don't have to do anything..pretty scary huh ? I got that explained from my doc, when living with severe pain you use lots of more energy, even if you don't exercise.

Hi Ellenmarie  - sounds like you are really going through it at the moment.  The old feet seem to cause a lot of people problems after surgery - I know mine did for a bit but after a few months they went back to normal - I think mine were just getting used to a different way of walking. I still get pins and needles and cramps in my toes but the physio said that was due to some lacking in the leg muscles still.

Judy - yeah I know - but to be honest hun I am sick of being fat as well and need a magic cure! Like developing a a hatred of food! LOL  I often think I woulld be better having a few ciggies - they def suppress my appetite!
