one year out from LR/TTT
« on: June 16, 2006, 07:51:13 PM »
So, today is my LK's one-year LR/TTT anniversary!  I can't believe it.  It's strong, no pain...a complete success.

How's everyone else?

Jen,

This is so good to hear.  I had so much fun reading your post-op diary - you have a great attitude.  Finally I found a surgeon that understood my knees and had a TTT plus a synthetic plug placed behind patella because the damage penetrated deep into the subchrondal bone.  I've had a good recovery and very little pain except those awful blood rushes.  I've had more pain with my other leg than with the surgical leg - bizarre.......
Reading post-op diaries like yours helped make going into the surgery a much easier experience.
Thank you ..........

Happy Anniversary Jen......   ~Shade
