Meant to be going away surfing  indo in a month, knee still week and if not fit by time i leave will come back ripped up. U got any idea on how to speeden jumpers knee recovery. Do magnets work? its being to frustrate me, all i can do at moment is alittle bit of static bic then hit the pies, got a belly as a result, need some informative ideas.

Need some words of wisdom.
