How about the abbreviations for exercises?
«
on:
April 19, 2003, 02:49:08 AM »
I get confused when I read posts and different folks mention they are doing "xyz" to strengthen something or tighten something or whatever?
Can anybody help out and list some of those abbreviations?
Thanks, Sylvia

If you can come up with a list that you are confused about, I would be glad to clarify them for you.

SLR= Straigth leg raise
never heard or used SLE, I'm thinking straight leg extension which is used to work with hamstrings rather than the quad like a straight leg raise would.
