Any Suggestions to my knee problem?
« on: May 23, 2006, 02:40:16 AM »
Hello,
I have a history with knee problems concerning my right knee.  I have been told that TKR is in my future but at only 39 that future is at least 15 or 20 years away, I hope.
On to my newest problem.  I noticed the other day while sittng on the floor and laying in bed.  With both legs extended my right leg isnt extending flat llike the other leg.  And in while straightening my leg while walking I have began to notice pressure towards the front of my knee just below the kneecap.  I dont think the proper mechanics of walking ever returned to what it was before my last couple of surgeries and since this new problem I believe it has gotten worse.  Does anyone have a clue to what might be the cause of of my latest issue?  I now have an appointment set with my OS for mid June to have him look at my knee again.
Thank you for reading.
