Unless you signed up to get notified for replies on a certain post when you get onto the board's site(not the main Knee Guru page) At the very top right above the date and time will say Hey, Analee, you have 2 messages.  The 2 messages will be in blue and if you click on it you will go to your inbox.  If you isnged up for notiications there should be a URL that you can click on and see the replies you got to a post.
Hope this helps!
