we have two beautiful golden retrievers that are loved just like are 2 kids, dont know what we would do without them. especially now going through this knee crap, sitting on the couch home all alone all day but my golden girls keep me happy.

Hi Randy,

I have a guinea pig, a hamster and a huge marine fish tank, (great for just sitting down and watching as it is very relaxing). The best thing about my situation at the moment is that I can't do any of the cleaning out. That's what the husband is for!

We can't have large furry animals in the house as he is allergic, it's bad enough with the little ones...... I love them all though!

Hy,

I used to have an Alsatian cross breed called Jaikei. She was the best friend I ever had. I don't have any pets at all right now - unless you count my husband and son, who between them are more disobedient and make more mess!

Im sorry about your dog Laura. I understand how it feels to lose a pet that close to you. I agree that boys are more of a mess than pets though.

I live in a zoo!! Between all of us kids growing up....I am the only one still home but my sibs when they moved out left the pets behind...sooo

we have 2 parrots (one is an amazon the other a really nasty macaw)
a 16 year old cat
2 ferrets
a few cockatils
a 65lb German shepard puppy (mom got her last year when we had to put our old dog down)

but I PERSONALLY have this really cute black and white kitten. He's a rescue cat. Meaning that my sis who works in a vet saved him. He was underweight and 3 paws in the grave when she adopted him for me. he was 4 months old and only 4lbs. NOW he is still tiny but close to 10lbs. and has the SWEETEST personality. He looks like Figaro from Disney's Pinnochio and loves to smack the german shepard around. a fearless cat. the coolest thing is my sister adopted my cats brother. so the two brothers get to see other frequently!

we had a beloved Newfoundland dog named Juneau but he passed away last summer...still not ready to get a new dog.
